Meet our Executive Board

Danny Smit is the founder and Chief Executive Officer at Partner in Compliance and is responsible for our day-to-day business management. As a lawyer, he specializes in supervisory legislation and compliance risk management. Danny has advised many financial institutions in the compliance sector, starting as an independent advisor and today as CEO of Partner in Compliance. He is a practitioner with a passion for compliance and integrity.

Joop Jansen is a lawyer and Chief Legal Officer at Partner in Compliance. Before he joined Partner in Compliance, he had a successful career as an attorney-at-law and financial advisor. Within our company, he focuses on financial, employment and privacy law. He has unrivalled expertise and experience in these legal areas to support our clients.
